The Texas sunset was absolutely beautiful for this romantic golden hour maternity session in Keller, TX. Jennie chose two gorgeous floor length gowns from my Client Closet that perfectly accentuated her cute pregnant belly. We walked and explored Northwest Community Park with their sweet dog, lola, and stopped along the way to capture this special time in their lives.

We talked about the future and all their plans as a new family of three. They expressed their excitement and concerns that parenthood often brings. It was truly a gift to be able to help them remember their final moments as just the two of them and give them the space to soak that in.

I love how elegant Jennie looks with her soft curls, light makeup, and the flowy gowns. We had talked before the session about what her desires were for her photos and brought her vision to life. She wanted to feel pretty and for their joy to shine through in their gallery. She prepared me by saying they are always awkward in photos and usually freeze up because they don’t know what to do. With light direction and posing, I was able to throw those worries to the wind and photograph them in their blissful element awaiting the arrival of their new baby girl.
